Excellent pastries and nice people. Go early, they sell out. I read another post where someone had a bad experience with a delivery driver for a wedding cake. Based on my experience at the store, the incident is very surprising.
We had such a great experience with Jacques for our wedding! We are big sweets people and wanted a variety of desserts, besides a small cake, and Jacques more than delivered. Everything was absolutely delicious and looking back I only regret that I didn't eat even more of our tasty treats! The tasting, planning, and communication was also very easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys a good dessert!
Jacques Pastries was a recommended wedding cake vendor from our venue and included in our package. Due to Covid our cake tasting was a "to-go" version, withan assortment of preselected cakes. We loved everything in our tasting which made it difficult to decide what to pick. We chose to have a small cake to cut (chocolate w/ peanut butter buttercream and ganache) and to have four different types of cupcakes (red velvet w/ old fashiond sweet icing, white w/ Bailey's buttercream, chocolate w/ peanut butter buttercream and white w/ cookies & cream buttercream). Jacques' staff was very easy to work with and responded to our questions promptly. On our wedding day everything was delicious, and our guests loved the cupcakes! They even made gluten free cupcakes for our guests with allergies which was so awesome! We would highly recommend Jacques Pastries.

Jacques was the bakery that we used as part of our all inclusive venue package. They made our wedding cake to absolute perfection. I showed them a photo of my design and it was made spot on. The cake was also really good. We went with various tiers of chocolate, raspberry and vanilla. If had fresh flowers and eucalyptus. It was made so perfectly! When I saw it I was floored because it looked even better in real life, than the photo I'd shown them. It was the perfect balance of elegance, greenery and a somewhat rustic/natural look that I wanted. Thank you!
Fantastic. I can't rave enough about this pastry shop. I came in in search of a birthday cake and based on Yelp reviews, thought this was going to be it. Boy, was I right! Thank you Yelpers for keeping this place at the top of the search results! I opted for a carrot cake (and got a hazelnut creme one just to have it on hand!). When I brought it out during the party, it was the highlight of the night. Everyone talked about it, everyone wanted a taste and seconds and even though we had half of it left over, it didn't last the entire week with only 2 people living in the household. Cake was rich, moist, and perfection. Just saying. This place is a winner.
